I completely understand that occasionally you are not able to keep your appointments, this is why all I ask is that you please provide us with a 24 hours notice when cancelling OR rescheduling your appointment. This allows me time to try to refill your appointment slot. Cancellations that are less than 24 hours notice can result in a 50% charge. No shows (being 20 minutes late or more) or those that cancel in less than one hour notice may result in a 100% charge of their service(s) as I am unable to refill any of the appointment slot with such short notice. Clients 15 minutes (or more) late will be charged a late fee of $15. Clients that are 20 minutes (or more) late will be considered as a “no show” and will be rescheduled. Clients that do not confirm there appointments 24 hours in advance will be rescheduled and considered a no-show. All reasons for your cancellation will be taken into consideration.
